Legnago is located in the South of the province of Verona, in the middle of the Po Valley, with a fertile soil rich in water that, if managed with wisdom, can produce the perfect grape for quality and quantity. Just walking through their rows of old Merlot, the "wise" vineyard, you understand everything: a vineyard that has so strongly adapted to their land, that chemical treatment against diseases and weed control is no longer needed, upholding their promise to green sustainable practices. All Annafrancesca wines are certified organic.
We are Anna and Francesca, two sisters and their passion for the world of wine who changed their lives and devote themselves to an old vineyard. Our beautiful vineyard is an oasis of biodiversity, that includes a park and small natural lake where guests can walk and enjoy nature. We produce organic and piwi grapes, with which we make elegant and original wines that reflect our vision and our welcoming estate. Our label are designed to catch the eye while telling our story. It’s the same story we love to tell our visitors during tastings at our Wine Loft as well in the vineyard during the sunny season. At the new tasting room, which is furnished with design furniture recovered from flea markets andworks of local artists, we host individual and group tasting. We also organize eno-cultural events and host private events as well as company meetings. Each of these events becomes memorable thanks to our Annafrancesca wines, elegant and original, that you will get to know and taste in a unique place.
What an amazing mix of old experience, new techniques, and amazing story telling about their sisterly bond through wine!

A glamorous rose colored spumante with very fine delicate bubbles. Permeating strawberry nose that disappears when aged. The taste is long and intense like a red wine, but with a nice freshness of added bubbles. A perfect balance between slightly sweet and acidic that makes it very easy to sip. Only a few wineries in the world make a sparkling Rosé from 100% Merlot, and Annafrancesca was the first.
Long Charmat method with at least 4 months on the lees.
Pairs well with aperitif foods and main dishes like fish, pasta, pizza, fried foods, sushi, charcuterie, white meat, and of course, strawberries.
Label: A pomegranate and an amethyst represent the freshness of the wine and its preciousness of a very limited release. The two different elements also represent the two sisters and their difference in character.

Not your common Pinot Grigio, and the copper color says it all. The permanence of the must on the grape skins extracts more color as well as other flavors. On the nose, fruity with notes of orange essence, as well as some peach and balsamic herbs. In the mouth it's dry, smooth, with great acidity and a persistent aftertaste of fruits.
3 days of maceration on the skins to extract color and other fruit flavors. Fermentation at cold temperatures to avoid oxidation.
Ideal with fish, white meat, dried foods, cheese, vegetables and as an aperitif.
Label: The typewriter tells that with this newer wine, they are rewriting a new page of their project. The sheet with a drawing of an orange underlines that this wine is out of the ordinary, considering a typewriter cannot draw, only type. It also heralds the wine color and main scents.

A very rare and new sparkling wine made with 100% Pinot Grigio by an ancient method. The color is light yellow, but after moving the bottle around, the yeast mixes with the wine creating a natural pearly effect. The nose is fresh with notes of grapefruit and hints of yeast. In the mouth it's dry, fresh, and elegant with very good persistence of fine bubbles.
Grapes are gently pressed in dry ice to avoid oxidation. Some of the must is frozen and will be used in a second fermentation in the bottle. No disgorgement, so the yeast stays in the bottle. Ancestrale method.
Perfect as an aperitif or with pasta, white meat, fish, fried foods, cheese, and pizza.
Label: Gold monogram of A & F on transparent bottle shows its elegance of the pearly yeast effect.
