This very special Spumante is aged at 20 meters below the surface of Lake Levico in the alps of Northern Italy. Thanks to the consistent temperature throughout the year, the pressure exerted on the cap, and total absence of light, it aquires a unique perlage and very particular aromatic evolution.
100% classic method, only produced in the very best vintages.
Label: The inverted equilateral triangle is the alchemical symbol for water. The three nymphs in contemplation are the work of the internationally renowned sculptor Bruno Lucchi.

These Chardonnay plots are born 600 m above sea level. Refinement is done is an old ammunition room of the "Forte delle Benne", an Austo-Hungarian fortress built at the end of the 19th Century to defend Trentino.
Label: Represents the family crest, revisited with the pointillism technique by Viktor Kroell, an Austrian artist now living in Levico Terme. The monk in his left hand holds 2 intersecting spheres, one white and one black, and symbolize the two brothers who are at the base of Cantina Romanese, who are very different personalities representing one project. The upper part of the lael reprsents the profile of the Lagorai peaks, recalling the close link between the wines and the mountains that surround them.

Sparkling white wine. Bottle refermented. Aromatic. On the nose, citrus, apple, tropical fruit, yeasty.
These grapes come from a very small plot of land 700 m above sea level, in the heart of the Mocheni Valley. This variety is resistant to many main diseases and requires no interventions.
Pairs well with snacks, fresh and aged cheeses, or for any time of day!
Label: Giovanni is dedicated to Uncle Giovanni. He's remembered for his cheerfulness, his passion for music, and summer evenings listening to him play the guitar.

Still white wine. Showcasing floral notes. Aromatic. Peach, apples, pears. Elderflower, chamomille. Lively acidity. Medium-bodied. Mineral.
Grapes selected for this Muller-Thurgau are from a small Trentino pergola plot, 600 m above sea level at the foot of the Lagorai mountain chain. It takes the name from the grandmother Laetitia, an extremely cultured person, recalling her character and strong personality.
Pairs excellent with baked fish, white meats, and as an aperitif.

FIDES La Dama d'Oltralpe - DOC Trentino Chardonnay
Still white wine, straw yellow with greenish reflections. Characterized by excellent structure. Nose of wild flowers, yellow fruits.
Mountain Chardonnay. It takes its name from the owner's great-grandmother, originally from Munich. Wine that's dedicated to the love story between the great-grandfather and great-grandmother who met in Munich at the beginning of the 20th Century during their University studies.
Pairs well with first and second courses of fish, risotto, and white meats.

NARCISO Il Gentile - Rebo
Still red wine. Ruby red in color with violet reflections. Structured. Intense fragrances of ripe fruit, clear hints of blackberries and raspberries, toasted finish.
Rebo grapes are a traditional Trentino variety that come from a cross between Teroldego and Merlot grapes. Named after their maternal grandfather, Narcissus.
Label: 'Tango'. Made by the highly rated artist who works both abroad and in Italy. His oil paintings are particularly very thick, reminding of the supremacy of the material element. The two dancers represented in the painting represent Narciso and Ottilia while dancing a tango
