The production of Lemon Cheesecake Liquor requires only the rinds of lemons, which are removed from the fruit immediately after harvest, in order to enhance the unique characteristics of this fresh fruit. Particular attention is given to processing: only glass containers are used to avoid contamination and to help preserve the original flavor of the lemon from the Amalfi Coast. The rinds are mixed with pure alcohol allowing them to steep for a determined and controlled period of time. Once infusion is complete, additional ingredients are combined, including milk but absolutely free of additives and dyes. A taste that can capture the true meaning of every connoisseur.

Once infusion is complete, additional ingredients like sugar and purified water are combined, and it is absolutely free of additives and dyes and also Gluten Free.

The Arancello (Orangecello) is obtained with the same technique of production of Frida’s Limoncello by manual peeling Orange, the only part used is orange peel, without the pitch, removed from the fruit immediately after harvesting in order to highlight the unique characteristics of the fresh fruit this for conserving the scent of oranges from Sorrento.
To the orange peel, we just add pure alcohol and let soak for a period of time. The infusion thus obtained is added water and sugar, of course these are the only ingredients. For infusion, mixing and filtering, we use only glass containers to avoid contamination and to encourage the original aroma retention without any alteration.
The particular mode of production combined with the quantity of oranges used in our liquor gives a true intense orange color which reveals the high quality and simplicity of our liquor and has a unique scent of freshly picked oranges.
The care of each detail guarantees the perfect execution of each stage of processing, it is the choice of the valuable raw material, both the phase of delivery of the finished product.

The chocolate liquor has joined the exclusive recipes of Donna Frida
As for all our liqueurs we do not use any type of flavor or dye, the only ingredients for Frida’s Chocolate are alcohol, sugar, milk and pure cocoa. The liqueur has an alcohol content of 18% abv, which gives a very pleasant taste with a strong chocolate taste that persists over time in the palate.
Also excellent for warming up cold winter evenings using it warm with whipped cream.
The artisanal production method ensures that there are deposits on the top and bottom of the bottle, separations or outcrops. These phenomena certify the craftsmanship of our GLUTEN FREE liqueurs.

In the production of our coffee liquor, we use a 100% Arabica Coffee that gives the right balance between aroma and strong Italian espresso taste.
Very pleasant and with a strong taste of espresso coffee just made with the moka process like grandmother used to make.
Due to the artisanal production method, any deposits, separations are normal by the nature of the ingredients used that are real and not chemical. We recommend shaking it before serving and taste ice cold from freezer.
Frida’s Coffeè is “Gluten Free” as all the liqueurs we produce, it is a perfect dessert liquor or on top of the ice-cream or for cake and particular dishes.
